I noticed, when a script config window is still open and you make changes to the script in the background (any editor) the config items get trashed.
In severe cases, DO will crash too, that happened two times for me at least. If the script config window is closed and re-opened, the trashed items got fixed.
This trashing must not be visible after a tiny script change, but for heavier changes or multiple "saves" on the script, the effect increases.
