Cannot find any way of putting a tooltip on a script dialog control.
Please can you make this so 
You want to add a tooltip the the dialog itself rather than to one of its controls? Isn't that very uncommon?
To controls not dialogs, so that hovering over static text or edit or image controls will show a tool tip.
