Scroll wheel zoom should zoom in relative to mouse pointer position

currently when you zoom in via the scroll wheel, the centre of the viewer is zoomed into, this is very disorienting, not to mention in majority of image, video and graphic viewing/editing software's, the convention is that scroll wheel zooms into mouse position.

Are you sure about that? Zoom into mouse position was added along with the GPU-accelerated viewer in 13.23.
