Would it be possible to implement a scrubby zoom feature for the image viewer, like Photoshop has? That would be excellent!
Further, also implementing a navigator window for any zoom level past 100% would also be ideal. Especially useful for large images or maps, where the current zoom levels just don't cut it.
If not possible, does anyone know of an image viewer that has these features?

We have a medium term plan to update our image viewer to use hardware acceleration - when that happens, things like that will become possible.

Praise God, thanks guys! Would love to see these features added. @galaxyhub, google for Scrubbyzoom in Photoshop to see what it is. Furthermore, gimp and Photoshop, etc, are image editors, not image viewers per say, and have much more overhead. Not ideal.
