Select folders based on clipboard

Hello,
I do have 3k folders into L:\backup20170614\ and i need to select only the folders that have an exact match from list of names that are in the clipboard, so i can then move/delete/copy or whatever. This process is done frequenly.

Would that be possible? I tried searching the forum but was unable to find any results.
