Set as desktop wallpaper cannot be turned off

After using
Properties FILE="path/here/image.png" SETWALLPAPER=fill
and then sometime later switching back to the windows 11 slideshow, the slideshow works for a few hours and then the desktop wallpaper reverts back to the image set by DO.
Deleteing the image from Documents does not work either, as DO will turn the windows 11 slideshow off and try to display a single picture that is not there so it defaults to the windows 11 default.

What Windows does here is up to it really.

Have uninstalled DO, 2 days ago, and turned the windows slideshow on, have had no problems as mentioned in OP.
Will reinstall DO and set a wallpaper with it and then turn windows slideshow on and see if the problem is still present.

Setting the wallpaper is a single action, it makes no difference whether Opus is present or not afterwards.
