Set Label Don't Touch Modified?

I want to be able to use pin to top without the file/folder having it's modified date set to now.
So we have the ability to set the modified with:

SetAttr MODIFIED=now

But is there the opposite? An argument to tell a button to not touch the modified date?
"Do not set the attribute modified=now" ?

Setting labels doesn't change the modified date (or at least, it shouldn't).

Yes I see that. I remember watching a group of files all change their modified at the same time. Thought it was a pin but maybe I was changing metadata.

Would be nice though to have an option somehow of "don't disturb the modified date." It would have multiple uses.

Otherwise, sorry about that. I've been working on this filter array too long, think it's.. affecting me.

When setting metadata, there are options for that under Preferences / File Operations / Metadata.
