Maybe a minor tweak?
Attributes change - set modified date - pre-fill date-time "Set from file" as default.
After all, that is the date-time stamp to be changed (seems more logical)
Also if, for instance, only the day should be changed, one is not required to enter full date and time.
We'll add a way to do that in the next update.

Really do not want to push, but would politely like to bring this up again.
It was already added, in the update the day after Jon said "in the next update". 
Added
SetAttr RESETOPTIONSargument. Prevents the SetAttr dialog from opening with the selected options from the last time it was used. UseRESETOPTIONS=fromfileto also reset the file times to the timestamp of the selected file.

More or less expected a change would show up in the usual F3 panel.
So I just waited (for that change)

What's the usual F3 panel?
Default hotkey for the Change Attributes and Timestamps dialog is Ctrl+B.
F3 activates the Search Field by default.
(Both can be changed, of course. But we might not always know what you mean by the keys alone.)
