In respect to the Settings > File Operations > Logging feature.
This is available within Opus Utility Panel.
Is it possible to read a text file of the same info anywhere?
I have looked in /dopusdata/Logs but that does not seem to be the place:

The log panel has a Save button/icon (near the top left) which can save the log to a text file.
If I remember correctly, the log data on disk isn't normally in a completely plain-text format (allows for faster recycling of old events once the log is at max size).
