also made a fun toolbar for status icons\labels.
ill likely merge this and the Meta Bar together, made them separately to start because "Status Labels" are dopus function and the "Meta" changes attributes that seen system wide.
its wonder to set these up as floating. if you drop files on them from other apps, e.g. Everything, they works as if they're dopus!
