Shell:appsfolder Not as Friendly as in Explorer

When open in Opus, shell:appsfolder is not as friendly as in Explorer. The displayed names are different, in a way that is hard to find entries.

I think it would work better if initially set to Details mode and if the columns were automatically sized to fit, but I don't know if Opus can do that.

I don't think this is a bug in Opus. How that folder displays is up to Windows, since it isn't a folder Opus natively displays; it just gets delegated to the shell.

The Windows shell these days does different things in File Explorer compared to other apps, for reasons only Microsoft can understand.

Not sure displaying that folder in Opus has much value, since you won't be able to do anything except double-click an app, and there are better ways to launch apps in Windows.
