Shift-Delete files - Delete files without recycle bin

I'm trying to create a user-defined command for deleting files without them going to the Recycle bin first.

In other works. I would like to create the command for a menu taskbar button for "Shift-Delete".
This option is not available in the "File Delete Options" menu in File Operations; but can be invoked in the text menu drop-down part.

Unfortunately I'm not able to generate the required commands for this user-defined option.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
(P.S. I like this command in addition to the "Delete" button so that I can delete large image files without filling up the reycle bin.)

The command you want is Delete NORECYCLE.
