Shortcut key to open opus with a saved layout

Can someone please tell me how I can assign a shortcut key to open opus with a saved layout.

I've tried this - Go new LAYOUT="Main Lister Layout" - but it simply opens opus with the last folder I had open instead of loading up the main lister layout. I've tried to alter it to a different layout as well but with no luck, I think its ignoring the layout part of the command.

Try Prefs LAYOUT="Main Lister Layout"

To load a layout you use the Prefs command:

Prefs LAYOUT="FDR Logs"

That woulod load the layout called FDR Logs.

The LAYOUT argument of the Go command is used to do something slightly different and is ignored unless you use certain other Go-arguments.

LAYOUT/K: The LAYOUT argument lets you specify a saved Lister Layout to load when reading the new folder. This is similar to using the Prefs LAYOUT command except that only the first Lister in the specified Layout is used, and you can use all the other parameters of the Go command to override settings from the Layout. For example, Go FROMSEL LAYOUT=Pictures would open the first selected folder in a new Lister using the saved Layout Pictures.

I think some of the cases where Go ignores the LAYOUT argument, like your example, could work better and I filed a suggestion a little while ago but, once you know to use it, the Prefs command works fine in this case.
