I'm a long-time user of DO... and have using v12 with no problems on my old PC. Just got a new PC, and was surprised that I am now a trial user of v13. I cannot find how to set up shortcuts for such basic things as copying files and moving files. I had last set that up 10 years ago, most likely... Anybody, can you point me to where the doc covers this?

What do you mean by shortcuts, specifically?
Check out these to buttons for all sorts of options for copying and moving items. You can copy to your toolbars just the ones you find useful.

I used to use Ctrl+1 to copy a file from one side of the directory to another. And Ctrl+6 would move the file from one location to another.
Ctrl+1 and Ctrl+2 are the default hotkeys for Copy Files and Move Files, and that's still true with Opus 13's default toolbars.
You can change the hotkeys via Settings > Customize Toolbars and Keys.
