The new option "preserve file extensions when truncating names" is really cool, but the extension is not very visible.
I would like to change so that all extensions are displayed in capital letters, is this possible? Displaying them in bold would be cool too
You could run
Rename CASE=extupper
on all your files.
Alternatively, create an eval column that shows the file with uppercase extension.
Displaying just the extension in bold is not possible, I think.
Showing the extension in a separate column is another option. (You can hide extensions from the main Name column to avoid duplicating the information.)
