Is there a way of displaying my lister layout shortcuts on the toolbar or elsewhere in the DOpus window? I know I can get there from > Settings > Lister Layouts. But it would be nice to click once instead of twice.

The lister toolbars are fully editable. Anything you see in a toolbar or menu can be moved or copied to another place.
Settings > Customize Toolbars, to start editing. Drag things to where you want. Then click OK in the Customize window to save the change and return to normal.
