Show only modified files by date

I'm looking for a command similar to this except it will show files modified on the specified date. For example if I wanted to show files modifed on Nov 17th 09 I'd type in the dlgstring 11/17/09

set SHOWFILTERFILENAME *{dlgstring|Type Extension below...}

I don't think it can be done using a command (except by specifying a complex filter, which would have to have the date saved into it and thus wouldn't be very useful for this).

Use the Find panel instead. (Tools -> Find Panel)
