Showing infotip when CTRL pressed

infotip appears when CTRL is pressed, when the mouse is not hovering over them.
How do I turn this feature off, please?

This setting is turned off.

The infotip of the last selected item are still showing when Ctrl is pressed.

Unchecking and re-checking the option can solve the problem, so I didn't report it.

Try changing 'Keyboard delay' to 0 milliseconds.
