Hi: I'm pretty new with Directory Opus (also not " very tech savvy.") I know I'm not using it to its full potential, but what it can do is outstanding. One of the features I use a lot is the Viewer Pane to review MP4 and MKV files on the fly (best thing ever.) Since the last update, I've lost the ability to view these files. I've tried to follow posts in the forum, but I'm lost. I know I'm missing something. Thanks in advance. Mark
12.33 had no changes to video playback. It's more likely something else on the system changed, probably to do with video codecs.
