Single Click enabled and I can't turn it off!

Hi, I seem to have enabled single click navigation and I cannot turn it off.

Its not windows, cos explorer lets me drag fine. The symptoms are that when I attempt to drag a file it opens it instead.

I looked for the single click option and they are turned off.

All the time or only sometimes?

Which display mode are you using? (Details, Thumbnails, Power, etc.)
