Skip identical not working

Hi,

I'm merging photos from 2 picasa folders where most are identical but several others are not

When I try to move them I get the replace window and when I choose skip identical it doesn't seem to be working as I continue to get confirmation for every image.

I've read several threads regarding this issue but have found no practical solution, my files and not RO, can you please tell me what is wrong here ?

The replace dialog should highlight what it thinks is different about the files (size/date). Is anything in bold?

I see, yes, it is somehow same photos now have same name but different size, dates, etc, don't know how this happened, or making a guess, these photos were uploaded to picasa online and must've had automatic editing before being uploaded, hence the difference
