Slow startup when I'm offline and my USB printer is off

Hi,

When I start my pc and the ethernet cable is connected to the router Opus 11.19 startup is really slow. I don't have this problem when I start my pc and I am offline.
The problem occurs only when my USB printer is off
I'm on Windows 10 x64

We sped that up in a recent Opus 12 update by moving it to a background thread.
