We discussed this topic before in Help and Support. A forum poster attempted to create a theme based on Ethan Schoonover's Solarized theme but I think the theme was not shared.
Here's my attempt:
While Solarized is easy on the eye, it's not terribly attractive because the colors are muted, not bright. It is definitely a nice Dark mode, though. Please download and give it a try, if it pleases you.
