Some hotkeys displayed differently depending on the currently selected language

(take a close look at how some hotkeys are updated on hover after I change the language)

I would like all the hotkeys to be displayed only in English, always (at least as an option).
Otherwise it can be confusing for hotkeys with letters shared by both English and Russian (Ctrl+A/Ctrl+C/Ctrl+E etc.). And even while these hotkeys seem not to depend on the language (only Ctrl+./Ctrl+] etc. do on the gif), when you see some hotkeys in Russian nearby you may begin thinking others are in Russian too.

If you change keyboard layout, the keys also change. I think what the dialog is doing is correct (other than not refreshing as soon as the language changes), at least assuming what it displays matches what you'd need to type while in the current layout.

I still think it’s misleading. Even when I change language in the system, I still press same hotkeys (in English). If I’m used to pressing Ctrl+], I’m still looking for ] on my keyboard (it doesn’t magically change what’s printed here). I never look for non-English letters.

Opus has no way of knowing that you don't have a Russian keyboard. People who actually do have Russian keyboards would presumably get confused by English-only hotkeys.

That’s why I highlighted it could be an option in Preferences.
