SSH Password authentication failed

I am having trouble connecting to FTP server.

support at the webhost verified settings work with filezilla

Is the password definitely correct? The log indicates that is what is being rejected.

If the password is correct, try forcing on UTF8 for the site via the FTP Address Book, as shown:

That may help if the password contains a non-ASCII character and was not being transmitted correctly by default.
