For the first image, is this feature possible when right clicking on Directory Opus on the desktop?
In the second image, is it not possible to set the "Detail + thumbnail" mode as the default view?
Is it possible to set the default mode for each type of folder? For example, when a folder contains images or folders that contain images, automatically enter "Detail + thumbnail" mode, otherwise, just display in "Detail" mode.
In the file explorer, when pinning folders to quick access, this means that when you click on the file explorer with the right button on the taskbar, this menu displays with the folders pinned to quick access.
You can add folders to the jump list (taskbar right-click menu) via Preferences / Favorites and Recent / Jump List.
Keep in mind there's usually a small limit on the number of items in the list, and the OS does not tell us what the limit is. If you configure more things than will fit in that limit, the OS will only show some of them.
I don't know if I should create a new thread, so forgive me if I'm wrong.
Is the detailed context menu possible when right-clicking on an item in the Jump List?
Note that in D.O., the "open" option only appears when right-clicking on the Recycle Bin, while in the File Explorer more options appear, such as Empty Recycle Bin. Other folders like Onedrive also have a context menu richer in possibilities.
I would also like to suggest the possibility of separating into different groups. For example, I would like the Jump List to show a small group separated by a line, with the last 3 files and/or folders accessed, and another different group of folders or files defined by me.
AFAIK the Jump List API in Windows doesn't allow for that level of customisation. Microsoft also seem to be phasing out the concept already, so it's unlikely they'll improve things there.
@Leo , In the context menu in the opus directory, when I try to add something to the favorites, it adds it to the favorites in the file explorer, not in the Opus directory.
