I apologize if this is covered elsewhere, or I missed something in the manual. If so can someone point out the how to, please and thank you.
Is there a way when using ftp/sftp client accessing the home server to view the video and not have to wait for it to finish downloading the file? I understand that it may buffer, speed depending, but after 3 to 10 percent of the file would be nice if there was a way to toggle play.
Can your video player handle partially downloaded files? If not, try VLC:
