Surface Dark Mode 13.x

Not sure if this was covered here (searched for dark mode and surface)

Occasionally use my Surface X Pro when I need to be a bit more mobile. Just installed 13 here and the dark mode works but not on the configuration and other dialogs. See screen shot. Is this something specific to Surface? Is there something I can do about it?

Is that an ARM laptop?

I think that's why. The hooks used to change system colors must not work on ARM. Probably not something we can change until/unless we make a native ARM build.
