Sync changes dir when you are inside a Junction

To reproduce:
Navigate to a folder Junction on the left and any folder on the right, open the Sync panel and click "Compare".
Your location on the left will change to the TARGET of the Junction.

Is that a problem? It's showing the real folders rather than the junctions but the end result should be the same.
