After upgrading to Dopus 13, when I synchronize with delete destination files that are not in the source, I am left with a large amount of empty folders. What do I need to do to also delete folders? Thanks for your help.
Which version are you using? E.g. 13.5

Please update to 13.5 as this fixed a number of issues with synchronize.
