I have several folders in different locations that I need to backup to a external drive. I'd like to have a single button to do all of these.

Nevermind. I was just being stupid and forgot that you use a "." for a file wildcard. I figured it out.
Copy "E:\PDF." TO "C:\Documents and Settings\sandob\Desktop\PDf" UPDATEALL
Copy "E:\my music." TO "C:\Documents and Settings\sandob\Desktop\Music" UPDATEALL
