When DOpus is open, instead of the DOpus icon on the taskbar, the icon looks like a white blank page. Is there any way to fix this so the DOpus icon shows up?
Have you tried unpinning then repinning opus to Taskbar?

I generally don't have it pinned, but I tried pinning it and unpinning it. Immediately after unpinning it the blank icon switched to the DOpus icon. But this didn't last long, as soon as I closed the program and reopened it, it was back to the blank icon. Strange. So Windows 11 can find he correct icon, but it doesn't want to use it.

Try clearing the shell icon cache.
If it's still blank, reinstalling Opus over the top of itself is also worth a try. (Don't uninstall, just install over the top.)
