I have a problem with getting the correct directory icon to show on the taskbar. The .exe file has the correct icon but when I pin it to my taskbar it changes to the icon for "unknown file type". I uploaded the photo so you can get what Im talking about. i already tried unpinning it and repinning it but it didnt work 
I am still in my evaluation period...using win 7 64bit and this is version 11.4. Any help would be appreciated. Also it would be great if I could make this icon the 'microsoft windows file explorer original icon' just for the sake of simplicity for new users...but atleast the default opus icon should work! I have a feeling something went wrong in the registry??
That's an old Windows bug.
If the program is pinned to the taskbar, try unpinning it, then pinning it again.
If that doesn't work, try running Clear Icon Cache.
One of those will fix it.
hey you were right.... tho i dont think i did anything. It corrected itself after i uninstalled some other program. Thanks anyways!
