this is a test result, search duplicate files by md5, but 1.js and 12.js is not the same file.
Please show a screenshot of the entire window, including the Duplicate Finder panel and the full results file display.
I've send the same files to the other, they can run it and get the expected result normally, I don't know what cause this now. 
Got it, If set the folder option " When grouped, combine groups with only one member into the “Other” group ", then you can reproduce it.
