LOVE to you all, how can I get consistent theming?
It uses standard Windows look & feel currently. Changing it would require a tool that can modify how Windows looks.
We will be providing a way to change it within Opus in the future, since Microsoft have proven incapable of implementing dark mode in Windows in any standard way.
