This widow can't adopt main theme? Why?
Because it uses the standard Windows theme, and Microsoft haven't actually made a dark theme for Windows yet (only a very half-baked one that only covers a tiny amount of the controls which File Explorer's main window uses, and nothing else).
We are working on making our own, but it's a huge effort which involves patching half the OS, so it will be a little while longer.
