Three button tooltips hotkeys shown after their label/description

Other changes

• In three button tooltips the hotkeys for individual buttons are now shown after their label/description rather than before.

Along with using three button @keydown descriptions.

@keydown:ctrl:Description for ctrl
@keydown:shift:Description for shift

Causes the new feature above to show the hotkey on the line of the last @keydown description in tooltip.
