Thumbnail cache problems

Hi,

I've made my preferences in the office with an English version of Windows XP.

At home I've my German version and the "Documents and Settings" path is called "Dokumente und Einstellungen".

After importing the preferences DOpus has created a complete path structure to the thumbnail cache path.

I've changed the path but when I restart DOpus (or not?) - DOPus always creates the original path.

WHY? and HOW TO CHANGE?

I believe this will be fixed in the next major release.

For now you have to edit your configuration to point the cache to another location, then delete the unwanted directory.

Edit: Oh, that's what you're doing... Not sure why the change isn't taking effect. Does it list the right path in preferences after restarting?

Didn't reach a conclusion but the look of it, but searching the registry for the path seems like it's worth a try.

It's not in the registry (plain text). However - better to wait for a new version before I delete something from the registry :wink:
