Thumbnail style bottom padding/margin within a folder tooltip

If no style image is set and merge is unchecked, the padding along the bottom of tooltip is greater compared to top and right sides. If merge is checked (still with no style image) the proper padding is used but it also removes the black border on thumbnail within the tooltip.

I'm looking to keep the black border. Thanks in advance.

Edit:

Could you please post a screenshot showing how the style is configured, and also the test image in question? Thanks!

Sure thing! I cropped the screenshot to save the forum a little disk space (if that even matters?) and shows only what is necessary. Also the test image was created just for this post and is the size I have set in my File Types, All folder tooltip which is {thumbnail:2:180}

I can't seem to reproduce this here - the alignment seems quite symmetrical. Possible some other thumbnail settings are involved - could you post screenshots of the other thumbnail pages?

Sorry for the confusion but I'm referring to within a tooltip. I forgot to add this detail to the post title but I mention it in the OP.

In details mode or list mode hover over the folder and observe the tooltip. Thanks

Thanks! I missed that detail originally. That has been fixed for the next update.

The padding is properly applied with the new update but now the black border is gone.

Ah yes, hard to notice in dark mode. Will return in the next update.

I couldn't just let this go after all this. :grinning:
Now the bottom padding appears to be bigger by a few pixels.
