The thumbnail styles for "CD cover art for music folders" will not match a file named cover.jpg if the thumbnail file is defined as *.jpg / cover.(jpg|png), or using regular expressions e.g. cover\.jpg. It only appears to work (thumbnail shows cover art) when the matching rule is defined literally as cover.jpg.
