Thumbnail wont load on network disk

Hi,

I test my Synologo NAS photo folder. I see this problem:

  • Thumbnail wont load on some sub folder. I already map main folder as network disk. I also allow index that network disk on my Windows 10 x64

  • Thumbnail will load and show if i view thay folder on Windows Explorer.

What do i miss to config to show thumbnail?

Please try with the latest beta version if you haven't already. The fix for Windows updates breaking some types of cloud storage may apply here, if it's one of the Synology NAS that's using the cloud storage APIs in Windows.

I am using Directory Opus 12.21.3 (beta) with Windows 10 18363.1016.

Try adding the NAS drive/folder to Preferences / Miscellaneous / Advanced [Filesystem]: cloud_sync_paths
