Thumbnails mode removes Power mode

I have a toolbar setup to choose view mode... normally it's in Power mode (Set VIEW=Power
).

If I switch to Thumbnail mode (Set VIEW=Thumbnails), the Power mode icon is auto-removed from my toolbar. Now I'm stuck in Thumbnail mode.

This is in v13.10. This didn't happen in v12.
