Hello. There is a problem with some tiff files. they all are SIMILAR, scanned in one day on the same machine. but the first i can show, the second - can't. need a test files?
They're probably using a compression method Opus doesn't support. (TIFF is really just a container format which you can put almost any type of bitmap data inside. It's just convention that most programs use one of a handful of standard compression schemes for the data.)
Can other viewers open the same files?
Are there any example files we can inspect?

yes, any other viewer, even pdf viewer or photoshop or more simple, can view them. PMed
P.S. all files are 15 years old (scanned versions of paper originals)

(It's using an unusual combination of modes which we didn't allow until now.)
