Tiny image previews Leica DNG files

Hi!

I'm having a little problem displaying Leica M8.2 DNG files in Opus. Thumbnails are generated fine and the image size specifications are correct, however, Opus displays the images at a tiny size on full-screen view and in the preview pane.

Some cameras only save tiny preview images into their raw files.

You can configure the raw plugin to decode the full image instead of the preview image when generating thumbnails, but it will make it much slower.
