Toggle Lister between Horizontal & Vertical

I'm trying to toggle my Dual Lister between Horizontal and Vertical.
Set DUAL=Toggle,Vert,Horiz,ToggleLayout
Not having much luck. The above just switches between Dual and Single. I'm also using a single Tree in the display.

Thought I had a solution, but running into same issue as you. May be a bug.
