Would like to toggle thumbnail view on/off, so that it reverts from thumbnails to the view that was set.
Set VIEW=Details,Thumbnails will always revert back to details view
is this possible ?

For instance if I set view to tiles and then use that toggle it wiilm change back to details and not tiles.
Do you mean you want it to go back to the view mode defined for that folder? There's a command to reset to the folder's format which will do that.
Or do you mean you want it to remember the last mode you changed to manually? That's possible, but would require scripting to remember the previous mode, and I think would be quite a pain to make work right, but I also can't think of a scenario where you'd want that.
I did mean remember last view mode set manually but will settle for toggling between the view mode defined for folder and thumbnails as I can then save the folder format every time I change view.
