when showing/hiding a toolbar that is in the title bar it looks very 'glitchy' - (you are wondering what glitchy means) = unprofessional, unpolished, jerky - it seems to be initially drawing the toolbar at one position then a different position straight after - here is video demonstrating (the toolbar is toggled on and off a few times using a button on the far lower right)
please fix and possibly enhance the visual experience by having a show/hide animation - a simple quarter or half a second slide (either up/down or left/right) would be great
Our expectation is that if you use this option, you aren’t going to be changing the top toolbar like that, since you’re going to want a specially made toolbar at the top that includes the window title and/or enough empty space to drag the window.

Not sure how many lists you have.
But 'not-urgent glitch fix' and 'high-priority feature request' (maybe 'fast-track feature request' ?) as having all toolbars with animations would probably increase sales when word spreads

showing and hiding a toolbar when Move top-row toolbars into the window title bar is on, is still glitchy. The video shows that the location bar is temporarily being displayed in the titlebar.
Maybe have an additional option to show location bar in title bar (shorten path field to squeeze in titlebar buttons, leave a little margin for dragging purposes ?)
The way it works is fine already. It's a setting you either turn on once or leave alone completely, not something we expect people to constantly toggle on and off while looking at the lister. We don't care if turning it on redraws things a few times before everything is in place.

seems you already know that different toolbars are used at different times which is why there is a section in prefs to show/hide certain toolbars under certain conditions.
Which is all the above toggle button does - show/hide the toolbar when I want.
Please reconsider and fix redraw glitch.
