On high-resolution displays, the text on the windows feels somewhat blurry. This includes information related to menus and folders. It is not as clear as the text in Windows' built-in browser.

Try File > Exit Directory Opus, then restart it. Does that fix it?
Opus runs at the DPI of the primary monitor (at the time Opus was launched). It'll be scaled by the system if the DPI changes when it's already running, or if you have multiple monitors at different DPIs.
