Transfer ftp sites without the rest

I own multiple licenses of version 8 and version 9. I have a version 8 install that I would like to import just the FTP sites, and the icon toolbars from the version 9 install. Is this possible, and if so how do I go about it?

I have never been able to figure out how to attach a lister layout to an icon on the toolbar. How can I do this?

First you need to convert the Opus 8 registry-based config into the Opus 9 XML-file format, which will be done automatically when you install Opus 9.

After doing that, type /dopusdata\ConfigFiles into the location field in Opus 9 and make a copy of the ftp.oxc file.

Then, to get a default Opus 9 config, uninstall and reinstall Opus 9.

Finally, copy the ftp.oxc back to where it was.
