Trial user here, with two probems: 1) Explorer crashes; 2) weird 'desktop' entries

  1. It's not normal for Opus to affect File Explorer like that, no. Rebooting is worth a try if you updated from Opus 12 to 13 but other than that it isn't usually needed. Even then, it's not usually needed.

    If you still see problems after rebooting, backup your Opus configuration (Settings > Backup & Restore), then uninstall Opus and reboot the machine. See if the problem is still there. It may turn out to be unrelated to Opus.
